Cancellation Policy

1. Guests must sign a waiver prior to the first usage of the HaloIR Sauna. 2. Guests must arrive at the scheduled booking time. Late arrivals will not extend the session time. 3. Guests are expected to maintain a respectful and peaceful environment. 4. No-shows will be charged the full booking fee. 5. The sauna will be cleaned and sanitized between bookings. Guests are encouraged to leave the sauna tidy and dispose of any trash appropriately. *These policies help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
