Along with your makeover, you’re invited to stop by the gym before or after your appointment to take part in Strong Is Sexy — a short, guided strength experience led by Heather McCarel of Wandercoach. This is not a workout and not a consultation, but a brief, intentional moment to experience what confidence feels like when it comes from strength and capability rather than appearance.
