Step 2: Create Your Profile & Select Your Wellness Program
Create your secure online profile and select the wellness products that best align with your goals.
Once your order is placed, you'll complete a confidential online health assessment. This information helps our medical partner, LYV Health, better understand your health history, current medications, symptoms, and wellness goals so they can provide the safest and most personalized care possible. The assessment is quick, secure, and easy to complete. Many wellness products are offered through convenient recurring monthly shipping, making it simple to stay consistent with your personalized treatment plan.
Step 3: Provider Review, Approval & Bloodwork (If Required)
After your assessment and order have been submitted, an independent licensed medical provider through our trusted partner, LYV Health, will carefully review your information. Based on your health history, symptoms, and wellness goals, the provider will determine whether the requested product is appropriate and develop the next steps in your care. Depending on the wellness program you've selected, bloodwork may be required before your order can be approved or fulfilled. Laboratory testing provides valuable insight into your overall health and helps ensure your treatment plan is both safe and personalized.
