About the event


This event brings together Heather McCarel, certified menopause fitness and weight loss specialist, and Lesia Vansyckle, certified Life Coach with Life Coaching with Lesia, for an evening of meaningful conversation, mindset work, and intentional movement.


Lesia will lead a powerful midlife mindset discussion around the thoughts, fears, and transitions many women experience in this season of life — from changing priorities, family roles, grandkids, safety, retirement, future planning, body confidence, and learning how to keep showing up for yourself when life looks different than it used to.


Then Heather will lead a 25 minute bodyweight and resistance band workout designed for all ages and all ability levels. This workout is beginner-friendly, low-pressure, and fully modifiable, with a focus on strength, confidence, and reconnecting with what your body is still capable of.


This is not about pushing harder, performing, or trying to keep up.


It’s about learning how to support your body…
