  • less nourished

On the other hand, women who use these medications while also prioritizing the fundamentals tend to do much better long term.

They are more likely to preserve muscle. They are more likely to support their metabolism. They are more likely to build habits that make their results sustainable.


That is the goal.


The foundation still matters


One of the biggest misconceptions about GLP-1 medications is that they replace the need for healthy habits.


They do not.


They may make change easier. They may lower appetite. They may create momentum. But they do not remove your body’s need for nourishment, movement, recovery, and muscle-building support.


In fact, those fundamentals become even more important.

1. Protein needs to be intentional

2. Strength training needs to stay in the picture
